**Notice** In preparation for events that will be taking place at the Mansion during the holiday season, tours will not be scheduled through the end of 2024. However, the public is invited to the Candlelight Tours of the People’s House on Friday, December 6 from 6-8 p.m.
We hope to see you there!
Inside the walls of the Missouri Governor’s Mansion, guests will have the opportunity to step back in time and learn about our state’s history. The Missouri Governor’s Mansion is one of few executive residences in the United States open to the public. Tour reservations are required for all visitors and must be made at least 48 hours in advance. It is recommended that you schedule some additional time in between your tours because of the distance between the Capitol and the Governor’s Mansion.
Free guided tours are given by our volunteer docents thanks to the support of the Friends of the Missouri Governor’s Mansion Docent Program. Once you have booked your tour, please read all information carefully to fully understand the Mansion guidelines.
Missouri Governor’s Mansion guided tours are provided throughout the year. Please see our schedule below for more information. Tour reservations are required. A photo ID and/or addition information may be required before entering for security purposes.
